Driving Emiratisation
A major focus of MOHRE is increasing Emirati participation in the workforce. The Ministry:

• Develops and monitors Emiratisation policies

• Provides career guidance and counseling to Emirati job seekers

• Evaluates Emiratisation in the private sector

• Supports small businesses and self-employment initiatives

Structural Overview
MOHRE consists of two main divisions:

• Human Resources Division: Labor Affairs, Inspection Affairs, and Assistive Laborers Departments

• Emiratisation Division: National Manpower Development, National Manpower Employment, and Assistive Services Affairs Departments
